Poor customer service. Pretend to assist with problem. Had to go direct to manufacture ( Roco) to resolve issue. New parts supplied direct and now working perfectly.

I wanted to replace 10 yr old Roca Nexus toilet seat. Bathroom Planet id from photos of the toilet bowl matched what I thought they were. I also checked the appropraite seat match with manufaturer Roca Patience needed for it took a few days for B-Planet website payment page to become accessible to me. The seat suits the shape of the toilet pan - but the fittings were different - not Bathroom Planet fault. Anyway, I had not been aware that the old fitting nut could be allowed to drop into the inaccesible back-too-wall toilet - and the new toggle bolts placed from the top with needing underneath access. Then all was good and satisfactory
