The part I paid for did not arrive.

The part I paid for did not arrive despite PlanetBathroom saying it had arrived. This might be a one off but if it isn’t, beware. I’ve emailed PB telling them that I’m missing a ‘part’. I’ve not had a response.

Amazing service and communication

Amazing service and communication. Order placed and was promptly informed of items on back order. Stock items delivered straight away. Soon after I had some of the purchased items stolen from my house. David of Bathroom Planet kindly arranged free delivery of replacement items. Installation then took place months after ordering. Turns out one of the basins was broken, but this was not checked or reported upon delivery. David went out of his way to somehow arrange a free replacement and delivery of the new basin. Completely unexpected but very welcome in our nightmare of a refurbishment.

No goods to deliver but wait for your refund

I purchased the goods and paid for them in good faith for approx 2/5 days delivery,24hrs later I received a customer service email to say the goods were not in stock and delivery would be approx 3/4 weeks,if that was not satisfactory I could have my money refunded which was ok with no hard feelings.Unfortunately because of your terms and conditions I will not receive a refund for another 14 days although I am not at fault in this transaction….You are still offering the same goods to put into the basket without advising 3/4 week delays..If I could have done “No”stars that would be my preference.

After cancelling an order the refund…

After cancelling an order the refund was 2 days late (i.e. 16 days). Had to contact them and ask for the refund to be processed, and got a reply that payment was instructed for the following day! What if I didn't chase them?
