Purchased Roca Laura soft close toilet seat.great quality and delivery on time. Unfortunately needed to call bathroom planet for advice on removal of seat to make an adjustment. I was told that it cannot be removed once fitted. Contacted Roca who told me how to remove seat which was extremely simple, adjustment made, am now happy. Fobbed off by Bathroom Planet.

They also price matched some items without quibble so we saved even more money. We delayed delivery for 6 weeks so the bathroom items will be delivered when we need them. Full marks!
