Ordered a vanity unit on the 4th November with a note to say if not in stock or any problem with the order to let me know a.s.a.p as needed quickly. delivery says estimated 2/3 days. had a confirmatiom on the 4th to say the order had gone through then nothing.I rang them to ask what was going on as they had not responded to my 2nd email. They would look into it and ring me back. That did not happen, then today I heard by phone that they did not have the item in stock due to a hiccup with their stock system!!!!! Had to cancel the order lets hope my refund comes through quicker than their responses. Very disappointing, especially as we were waiting for this item for the plumber to put it in. Now having to buy elseware from someone who can deliver by Thursday18th.

Ordered lots of items and was told would arrive on Monday . Took time off and then only one item arrived . Called / emailed about this and after much chasing I am told delivery will be made tomorrow but can’t tell me a time until 10.00 am in the morning and I am at work Overall very poor and disappointing. Understand that mistakes happen but no urgency around resolving or thought for the customer

Great service. Shower ordered and delivered within a couple of days. Now fitted and thrilled with my new shower.

The delivery company didn't give me time to answer the door, when I opened the door he had already dropped it round the back
