Bathroom Planet took my order and payment for a toilet only for me to be told it was out of stock. It then took over a week to issue a refund of my payment.

It was very comfy but a tad cold ;)

I made a purchase on the 19th, and was notified on the 20th that the item was not in stock. The money was still taken from my account. I contacted them to enquire about my refund as I had recieved no informed about it. I was notified that they wouldn't refund or process this until the 29th. Which I think is poor service. Taking my money for 10 days without the item even being in stock in the first place.

Absolutely great. I had been waiting over 3 weeks for another bathroom company to supply the same stuff and was unable to talk to anyone properly about the delay. I saw the exact same goods for sale at Bathroom Planet phoned them to check stock and they were delivered 3 days later, cant ask for better than that, I even asked to order another part he next day (Saturday) they responded out of hours and managed to deliver all items on the same delivery!

Very useful customer service to help me make sure I ordered the correct product. Followed by quick and speedy delivery. Would definitely recommend

Rubbish company. Website says it has stock takes payment and then Disney have stock. Hasn’t refund me my money back for 12 days. Don’t buy from these people.

Bought new RAK tap. Paid plumber to fit it. It drips.

I had trouble finding an under mounted basin in the size I required, I looked on this website, found the perfect size/type. It was easy to place the order, it arrived on time in perfect condition. I would award them a five star rating! I will not hesitate to use this company again.

ALTHOUGH I didn’t get what I bought and I had to cancel the order, even though it said it was in stock and price was charged the item wasn’t in stock. A couple of emails went backwards and forworths to wait for refund I am giving this company a top review because my complaint was handled very well and it is easy to give good reviews to companies when things go well but in this case I will give a good review to this company because they were very good at dealing with a purchase and cancellation that didn’t go well. So well done! Because good companies can only proof themselves when things go wrong and you did that. I would buy from you in the future.
