I placed my order

I placed my order, payment was taken I then receive an email the next day to say that the item was not in stock and my refund would take 2 weeks to come trough I’m still waiting for my refund. But the item is still showing as it’s in stock on website I’m really disappointed. After receiving your reply I just want to reply back to the statement that you said about the item not being in stock when I purchased it I can assure you the item was showing as in stock and was still showing on your website 14 days later as being in stock so please do not call me a liar if the item was showing as not in stock why would I have placed the order that makes no sense at all I have recieved my refund in full now thank you but I think next time I will stick to using bathroom mountain

High quality glass screen and shower screen.

High quality glass screen and shower curtain rail. Easy to fit. Although I didn’t need it the instruction leaflet font was too small for me to read even with glasses! Would definitely buy again. The company would not deliver to the Isle of Wight which was disappointing especially since 95% of companies do (often without delivery charges) for an item of this cost.

Took order for four items delivered three

Took order for four items. Only delivered three. Only information was one item marked as 'to follow' on delivery note. Emailed for information on delayed part. Quick response and advised revised delivery date for missing part. This part arrived as rescheduled. Would have liked to have seen a proactive email notification from bathroom planet rather then a scribble on a delivery note. However resolved satisfactorily.

Very good service

Very good service. The driver had to reschedule as we were unavoidably not at home. This went very smoothly. Would definitely use this Company again.

Poor after sales service

Goods arrived on time but the toilet pan was cracked beyond use. Emailed customer services with photos and requested urgent replacement……no communication so far after 48 hours!
