Great sales staff but TERRIBLE customer service. Our plumber noticed a tiny hairline crack at the base of out toilet after fitting it that I did not notice at the time of delivery. Bathroom Planet were not interested and simply quoted their T's & C's - if no fault is reported within 48 hours of delivery they are not interested. I contacted ROCA directly to complain about Bathroom Planets attitude and they immediately offered a FOC replacement.

Excellent, easy website and ordering delivery was next day can't get better than that and the driver called to advise when he would be arriving.

Ordering was easy and stated 2 days for delivery and in stock. Subsequently got email stating 4-6 week plus lead time so had to cancel for refund and buy elsewhere. With real time stock management how can businesses state ready for delivery and then within hours renage on the promise.

Very impressed, quick and efficient delivery of exactly what was ordered. Very good quality goods delivered in excellent condition with nothing missing.

Didn’t have the item that I ordered in stock but nevertheless took my payment. Then took 13 days to pay me a refund. Not a good experience.
