Ordered a bathroom cabinet which was showing in stock. I was charged for the item received an email item had been dispatched and will arrive in 3 days. Took a day off work waited in all day 8am-6pm order didn’t arrive. Called up the next day kept on saying they will get back to me and the item was definitely with the delivery driver and should have been delivered. However after my third call I made to them since they wasn’t giving me any answers I was told the item had not been in stock in the first place and there had been a error in the system and the product would take 4-6 weeks. Very dodgy company….DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

We were given less than 24 hours notice…

We were given less than 24 hours notice of the delivery day and threatened with a double delivery charge if we weren't in. As it happened we could not be in on that day and managed to rearrange delivery for the next day. The delivery did not arrive and still hasn't three days later. Maybe they should give me a refund on the delivery charge.

You had the item I required in stock and delivery was made promptly by courier, can’t fault the service and would use again in future.

Not received

As I’ve not received what I ordered it’s hard to give you anything but a bad review. It would be nice to be told when I might receive it. I appreciate that you did tell me it was out of stock but that was now a couple of weeks ago.
