Bought a toilet took payment from me then informed it wasnt in stock for a while and asking for a refund to my card informed i had to wait over 10 days to their accounts next pay day run, i run a small.plumbing company and deal with a lot of suppilers online who generally would recredit within 3 days ,first time dealing with this company and probally my last.
