Placed an order for toilet, basin, shower cubicle and tray plus other bits and bobs, was told will be delivered within 2 weeks but nothing was told a further 2 weeks and still nothing, took me a month to get my money back, ordered same from Victoria plumbing and got it delivered the next day

Slight confusion with delivery but quickly sorted out. Overall very pleased with service and the products seem to be very competitively priced.

Products were excellent, intact and well priced, but one was delivered by carrier Palletways and arrived a day late with no communication from the carrier, hence the 4 stars.

Product arrived a couple of days late. No notification from courier company so lost a day waiting for arrival. Product well packaged when arrived. Second courier company notified me of the expected time slot.

Everything went smooth with order and my stuff arrived ahead of time within 2 working days from order. Amazing how fast these guys are.
