I had used another on line retailer to buy a rug and had to wait 8 weeks for a refund on a rug that was never delivered it was a joy to deal with Carpet Vista. I spoke to their customer service a couple of times and they were excellent. The rug which was dispatched from Sweden arrived only a couple of days late but this was UPS not Carpet Vistas fault . We are really pleased with the rug ( exactly what is says on the advert ) and at a good price Based on my experience I would not hesitate in recommending Carpet Vista
