I ordered Handloom Fringes in Forest Green on Sunday and it arrived via UPS on Thursday (yesterday). I was surprised it was folded rather than rolled, but unpacked regardless. There were some fold marks. The colour is true to website and fit perfectly with my decor. I had ordered Superstop to prevent slippage and cut to size. After 24 hours the rug has settled well (just a little wrinkle still on one edge which I feel confident will settle). I’m pleased that this rug has the Care and Fair label. Also worth noting there was approximately £20 transaction charge for conversion to pay in euros.
