I do not recommend these scammers. They changed their name because they had too many bad comments. They installed panels for me 5 years ago that are still not working properly and they want £325 for an engineer's visit to check them. Don't be fooled by this company's scams. I haven't had a grid for over a year. I've been contacting them for 5 years and reporting problems and they do nothing about it. I've lost over £22k

I think the only company who offers lifetime warranty on panels. Happy customer

Installation was cancelled last minute with no explanation. Communication between the Project Solar and the scaffolders was dire which lead to the scaffolders breaking into my garden while I was at work to put up the scaffolding last minute after I had been told by everyone I needed to be in (if you're in the Lincoln are you will also get the same scaffolding team).

Fantastic chap. Name of Rob Misson, extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, replied promptly to my emailed questions. Wasn’t at all pushy, gave me as much time as I needed and lots of good advice.

Friendly patient bunch of guys who were respectful of myself and property. Explained the system to me a couple of times ( I needed a couple of times😏) and everything went very smoothly. This includes the agent who introduced us to the company who explained things in a way I could understand and even left written instructions on the order of things. Very helpful to an old dinosaur like myself. Thank you. I’m delighted with our panels and batteries.

Kerrie was very approachable and she wasn't a pusher salesperson. Had a good knowledge of the product and was helpful both before and after the installation. Very professional service all round

The whole process was very positive; from introducing the benefits of a solar panel and battery system, to preparing an accurate price for the work that does not change, through to the professional and efficient installation and most importantly the after care service to ensure that the system performs as the design intended.

Every person i spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and could answer all the questions i had. Communication was spot on, prompt and made sure that every time slot was met. All staff and installers where friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.

old trading technique indeed. I felt trapped completely. I made very clear that I do not want to install or make decision but just want to check what kind a budget I need. They will not give you full detail until you agree to commit to buy. It is true if a tradesman says that discount offer is only available if you sign today , please don't. This tactic is like scammer. I agreed to accept their long term payment plan stretching my monthly budget to the max , and surprise surprise , Octopus Flux sent me a note that I will be actually paying more for electricity than I was before so why do I have these solar panels? It was supposed to save me some money but well , here I am. I would agree with other customers to stay away of any company who tells you that they offer the discount only if you sign today , show them the door.
