From first meeting with Sales rep to post installation the experience with Project Solar was easy & hassle free. Everything went very smoothly & will definitely be recommending to friends & family.

Project Solar sent a representative (at our request) to discuss a Solar Power System with us. The information was very clear and extremely well presented and there was no pressure to proceed. We did proceed and received and incentive to be flexible in terms of when the system could be fitted. The Project Solar team kept in contact throughout the installation (in terms of confirming the dates of scaffolding fitters and system fitters etc.) process and afterwards to advise us of any forward steps and offer advice. The Roofers and Electricians who fitted the system were great, they were polite and helpful and left the site clean and tidy. Overall I am very impressed with Project Solar - their product, their sales and support staff and their fitting team and I would highly recommend them.

From the start of the process to the end on the installation I cannot fault the services of Project Solar. A big thank too you all.

Not able to leave a price with me, fast fit price if you sign today, your wife needs to be there too, and if she’s not and you don’t sign up today, we will have to go through the same process all over again. Using projected figures and percentages to dramatise the future bills and savings and profits that could be available. I specifically asked the initial Project Solar not to send a sales man to my house to try and force sell me anything, and they assured me that they don’t do that. So I booked in a home visit. Which was very easy to do and they were able to provide me with a good selection of dates and times when this could be done. The appointment, was booked in and happened a couple of days after the call which was very efficient. When the project solar employee came to my door he was very pleasant, but I did make a point out of saying at the start…. “I am not going to sign onto anything today, I just want the details about what can be installed and how much it is going to cost” he said that he doesn’t do that and then after three hours of trying to do that, left without providing me with and real costings or a quote for the install…. He could have if I provided a £99 holding fee ? I hate it when people don’t listen and think that it doesn’t matter, because they think that they could sell ice to eskimos… I am not going to go with the first company to give me a quote, I will need to go to other companies to look at competitive quotes etc. By saying that this offer is only available today is insulting and to say that if I don’t sign up today, I will be put to the back of the queue and the next time they will have any availability could be months. How can you expect anyone to take you seriously if you won’t leave any information about prices and product. I will not be proceeding with this order or have any further dealings with Project Solar.

We had a very informative rep that gave us all the information we needed to make our decision. We had already decided to have solar fitted as long as the maths added up to our expectations, (Which it did) We had a very helpful team come to do the job, who left everything tidy and explained the set up and how it works. What more do you want? Nothing just to start reaping the reqards of the system. All the paperwork was supplied by email and so easy to store if needed in the future. Properly certified and guaranteed.

From start to finish very helpful explained everything went over anything we asked.The installation was done on time and the description of the work to be carried out was correct and the guys who did the installation were polite, friendly and when explaining how the system worked and the app could have not been more helpful and professional in there attitude. They also left it spotless no mess left at all even the scaffold lads were polite and friendly. Johnathan Wolfe the sales consultant could not have been more helpful from start to finish with the questions we have asked during the process and after. 1st class install can not find any fault at all .
