The delivered product looks, feels and functions exactly as it was advertised. I am very pleased with the quality.

I had guests coming and I needed a bed/couch for my office pronto. I ordered the Gjemeni, it came quickly, shipping was amazing, even the delivery agent was prompt and communicated exactly when he would be there. The product is very high quality and I’m very pleased with it. I have had 2 guests sleep on it and said it was extremely comfortable. Customer Service was on point as I forgot to apply the code for a $50 off coupon. Lily helped me promptly and politely. Couch is great! definitely met my expectations. The delivery was a little problematic. The delivery times were Monday-Friday no later than 4pm, working till 5pm makes that a challenge. Overall a great experience.

It took three tries to finally get the couch ordered

I ordered the white leather couch. It was delivered to the door of my condo and the guys went the extra mile and pulled it up the stairs. The hardest thing about the set-up was disposing of the cardboard packaging which consisted of an outer box and the Gjemeni box that contained the couch. Gjemeni include nifty leather thumb guards to insure you do not pinch yourself when inserting the legs! The couch is so cleverly designed and performs exactly as promised. I knew I had made a good purchase when I clicked the couch into various position and could feel the quality of components-great job gjemeni!

Since I got this chair,couch I’ve enjoyed it so much... I really recommend it it’s so comfortable when watching a movie or just sitting down on it.... 10 out of 10... soon will be buying the couch the big one...

A great product, very satisfied

Buying and getting set up went smoothly. We had to get rid of a LOT of cardboard and plastic, but that probably comes with the consumption process. Easy to put together and a clean look.
