I love the couch as is is the perfect pug pee proof thing made that I can both sit and sleep on. I was mostly just very impressed with the staff because they took special care to get my couch sent out even though it was a bad timing situation for them (something about Fashion Week) but when I told them why I needed this (my eldest Pug, Magnus has become unable to use his back legs and I need to sleep with him in the main room because he has panic attacks, etc. ) they decided that my couch could definitely be arranged to be sent right away. You do not get that kind of compassion or any compassion, really, from most businesses.

It came as described and packed perfect. Easy peasy to set up. Looks perfect in my girl cave/office/den that I created once my youngest son moved on to his own apt. The versatility options are wonderful, love the e port built ins.....best yet - it's sooo comfortable.

It is exactly what I wanted. It is very versatile.

So far so good! My son loves this couch. I would recommend upgrading the shipping though if you are a single female like myself. The delivery that the couch comes with is a threshold delivery so they will only bring it right inside your door.

Still not delivered although it was scheduled for yesterday. Took time off from work to wait for it.

Customer service is great so far. We're awaiting shipment.
