A sofa in a box sounds great. Unfortunately the box was too big to fit in my building's elevator so delivery was not as smooth as expected.

Slid right through the front door. So quick to put together, A 2 person job to flip it into upright. (thats ok cause it is well weighted-stainless steel frame) A bit firm but so was our old couch when it was new 30 years ago.

I love this couch/bed. It is built very good and comfortable. Well worth the money.

This review is for the brown convertible sofa. Customer service was great. Delivery quick and without incident. Setup quick and easy. A little harder to open and close than I imagined, but not too hard. Comfortable, but doesn't make me go "ahhhhhh", but it's a rare couch that does. Great for sleeping, though!

This furniture is great and would categorize it as receiving luxury for a budget price. Just had a visitor arrive for the holiday and they asked if it was designer! I wish they made an office chair that would recline for a comfy nap during lunch.

Easy to assemble, great look and feel, very comfortable. I have received nothing but compliments from guests and family. It is a great addition to may family room.

We had a tough time with delivery but all else is great. I love it and I think it’s a bargain. It is very heavy.

The delivery and setup were great. The styling of the couch is beautiful, but the sofa is a little hard. I bought it to use as a part time bed.I sleep on it 3-4 nights a week when I am visiting my parents at their home. When you put down the back, the seam in the middle is very pronounced. I am going to buy a mattress topper so that it is more comfortable. Despite that, I am very happy with my purchase.
