I ordered plates for my new home and they are lovely, they arrived well packed and quickly too.

We have been loyal customers of Neptune for about 8 years now, and we have fully furnished our bedrooms, dining area boot room, office, lounge and garden room. The last two parts of the furnishing experience, we have not received that once prestige brand experience, items painted have not been professional. The customer experience team have been fantastic following through the issues we have had. Our next project is the kitchen, we have been assured that the kitchen part of the Neptune brand is handled totally separate from the furniture business, so no third party teams are involved. You may ask why do we keep going back to Neptune, well, the timeless style of the products are so beautiful, and rather than just walk away and find another brand, we hope our constructive feedback will help change the focus and bring back that “white glove” service we know the brand is capable of.
