My husband & I have been under the care…
My husband & I have been under the care of weight medics to support our weight loss. We’ve not only had fantastic results with both losing 3 stone since February but had great knowledge, advice, tips along our journey. I’d highly recommend!

I had a consultation were i was…
I had a consultation were i was prescribed Ozempic. Unfortunately, I did not receive my medication on time as there was a problem with the delivery and i ended up picking it from the sorting centre a week later. Due to the temperature sensitivity of the medication I had to call weight medic were I spoke to someone and they said if I bring it in to the office they will exchange it. Yesterday, I drove all the way from Wembley to central London and to my surprise I was told that it would not be possible to exchange ! In addition, I was spoken to in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner by the director who made me feel insignificant. My overall experience with weight medic is horrible
Bad news at rip off costs with manipulation using two pens
Rated 1 out of 5 stars I was looking for genuine help. Semaglutide can, at the right dose, work without being addictive. Ozempic and Wegovy are both Semaglutide but one can be given to diabetics at lower doses and the other, Wegovy is given for weight loss at the recommended 2.25ml dose after first stage acclimatisation at lower doses. But Wegovy at its proper higher dose is hard to come by in the UK. This is probably due to supply issues, I am aware that online companies for any product can overblow product description and are often overpriced. Many in the weight loss field will be taking advantage of obese people. Some will be genuine. Personally, I think the NHS , NICE and the Health Commissioners are failing patients. Bear in mind that all patients whether using Semaglutide as Ozempic for diabetes, or Semaglutide marketed as Wegovy for weight loss, will start on 0.25 mls for the first month to acclimatise. They are then graduated to 0.5mls for four weeks. I lost no weight on this dosage with another company. Disheartening. All research shows that this level of dose does not work well at all for weight loss but is for diabetes, reducing sugar levels. The maximum dose I can get from another company Manual is 1.0 of Ozempic -and at least they are not claiming otherwise, nor charging a massive fee to send out two pens as Weightmedics propose. Two pens of Ozempic is not recommended by anyone. All the research studies for Novo Nordisk, the pharmaceutical Company, say the higher dose at 2.25mls once a week is called Wegovy. Both comprise the drug Semaglutide and the only difference is in the dosage. The point is that Wegovy at 2.25mls should be charged at a reasonable rate. The 2.25mls is usually needed to have an effective impact on appetite for those with serious weight issues that impact on their health. For the 2.25 they WeightMedics say they will send several pens to make up the total - two at 1.0 and one at 0.25. In this way they will charge more than the Novo Nordisk drug should cost. To give a guide as to what to expect, with another online company I paid £199 per month for 0.5 and 1.0. and if they had had 2.25 available they would have sent me this as Wegovy at the same price of £199. It is still very very expensive privately. Unfortunately as I said, it does not really work at the lower doses only and is not intended to have a big weight loss impact at these low doses. I can only suggest going to a private doctor yourself- perhaps a Bariatric specialist. As a journalist I shall write about my experience. Get a referral if you can and your health requires serious weight loss. The side effects including nausea can kick in at higher doses. Date of experience: 19 April 2023
I have been with Weightmedics since…
I have been with Weightmedics since 10/02/23 and I am already 3kg down! The Dr, Nurses and staff have been amazing since before starting my medication and lifestyle changes. I weight train twice per week and I don't restrict myself but I maintain portion control and I follow the guidelines that have been given.
Weightloss journey with WeighMedics
Weightmedics have really helped my weighloss journey. The online process is easy to follow and a pleasent experience. The doctor was very helpful and informative. Having discussed everything in great detail, I left the online consultation feeling confident I was chosing the correct path for my weighloss journey. Having been on Ozempic for 4 weeks I can see how effective it has already been. Im excited to continue my weightloss journey with Weightmedics and see even more results within the next few motnhs.
Disgraceful find a company with a decent reputation
Shoddy admin. The clinic is in an insalubrious location on Edgeware road, that had I not had the ability to call the admin several times I would never have found the place. There was NO communication confirming the time or address. The Admin lady apologised fir their awful system and that she could clearly see that nothing has been sent out to me. The Dr actually said that she had a zoom call in 5 mins. So my consultation was less than 10 mins. The GP was ok but the clinic was not what I was expecting. Did offer a refund we will see if it materialises. Obviously, mistakes were made or they would not have been so quick to offer the refund and then hound me to try and find out why my review was so bad - never experienced that before. You are a bunch of liars. The admin lady confirmed that nothing had been sent by travel email or otherwise. There was no address!!!!!!!!! To have a client travel over two hours there and back when the DR had a zoom call for 25 mins, and had no time for an adequate consultation is unprofessional. The clinic is a shambles
