Good experience with weight medics highly recommended

I didn’t get a very good first impression. The offices are in a horrible downtown part of Edgeware road. In the space of a month I got two emails with two different price increases. I paid £225 for a 0.25mg pen. I got an email to say prices for a 0.25mg pen were increasing to £239 in July. I then get a further email to say it was I increasing to £275!!!! That’s just for the lower doses. If you go up to the higher ones expect to pay £390 or £500 for 2.25mgs. There is a global shortage of Ozempic which is showing no signs of abating anytime soon as only one manufacturer holds the patent for it and they can’t keep up with the demand. Weight Medics the same as all similar weight loss providers are clearly struggling to get hold of ozempic. So much so they have suggested trying another little known about drug, Trulicity. Their other suggestion is that some customers may want to purchase two pens to make up their weekly dose if their one isn’t available. E.g x2 0.50mg pens to make up a weekly dose of 1mg. So rather than paying £275 a month, you would pay £550 a month!!! Fine if you’re a millionaire! There is a real likelihood that you could be left weeks without medication which makes the whole thing a waste of time and money. Furthermore there has been news published this week highlighting a risk of self harm and suicidal ideation on Ozempic. For those prices you’d be better to pay for a really nice gym membership and personal trainer. In this financial climate, most of us can’t with stand two price rises in a month.

Started with weightmedics 9 months ago, I began taking ozempic. At that time, I weighed a little over 200 lbs and was taking 1000 mg of metformin daily. Metformin had been effective for almost 20 years, so I was surprised when it suddenly stopped working.
