Looked online seemed fantastic, book a video call consultation everything good got told I am eligible was sent medication through post everything seemed fine. There was a delay I. Getting medical records so next prescription was fine however things turned sour here. On signing up I went through medical history and all currently medication which was fine however we’ve. Medical record came through from my own GP I was told I was no longer eligible due to medication I am taking. Wait what I told u all medicines and all ok now all of a sudden I am not suitable can you please tell me why. I sign up for daily tablets the cheapest of there programs but still expensive per month. What they wanted me to do was go on to either daily or weekly injections which I refused to do because 1 there are £200 a month 2 it means injecting my self (not a hope in hell is that happening) 3. I have know a few people on these injection and the side effects manly chronic heart burn is not worth it This is where there attitude changes from nice and friendly to extremely standoffish, very hostile and quite frankly RUDE. apparently they will not prescribe anything else to me apart from there injection take it or leave it. I decided leave it. As I paid in advance for 3 months of program I asked about refund to which I was told I would get back when it’s back in my account and then they hung up on me. It took nearly 5 weeks for me to get my money back so I would definitely AVOID at all costs Update. Due to account issues taking a while to sort out and other life issues this post was from 2022 and I could not go back to then but everything I have said stands
Their employee sold my credit card details, home address, and private info online
In August 2023, I bought a medication from WeightMedics, and I learned two days later one of their employees was selling my credit card details, home address and other info online. This was reported to the police: it's crime number 6557958/23. The company admitted in writing that I was not the only person whose details had been compromised online by the fraudster they employed. I was extremely concerned by how the company handled this from the moment I contacted them. I wrote reviews online explaining my experience and, incredibly, they threatened to sue me for writing them, even though they had admitted my points in writing. I really, really strongly recommend that you avoid this company. They are the worst company I have ever interacted with, by a long way. PS In their reply to this review below, WeightMedics make several claims. 1. They claim that only 4 people were affected by the fraudster they employed who sold my credit card, health and personal details online. I have repeatedly asked them how they came up with this number. If the fraudster could access my details and sell them, what stopped him accessing the details of all their customers? When I visited their office he sat in front of the computer in their main office, where he presumably had access to everyone’s details. They have refused to answer this question, despite me politely asking it several times. Their refusal to give any explanation makes me sceptical of this figure. If this had happened in your company and you were reputable people, you would answer questions like this, to reassure your customers. As you’ll see below, they claim that they are refusing to answer this question to protect the privacy of the 4 people who were defrauded. This is insulting to the intelligence of everyone reading this review. It’s obvious I am not asking for any details of those people; I am asking a totally different question - how can they can possibly have established that +only+ four people were defrauded by the criminal they employed, when the number could be vastly more? This is significant - they have a legal responsibility to inform everyone whose details were compromised. What internal process established that the fraudster stole and sold my private info and that of three others, but stopped there and didn’t access the hundreds of other patients’ info? The fact this company responds by evading the point should be a huge flashing red light to everyone thinking of buying from them. 2. They claim they acted promptly when alerted about this. In fact, when I phoned them to tell them that a member of their staff was selling my details online, I was shocked by their response. I was told by the person who eventually called me back that all I could do was email their generic company email address with my “concerns.” When I explained that the fraudster had access to that email address and I would like instead an address for the company director, he flatly refused to provide any other email address, and spoke to me with contempt. It was only when I tracked down the details of senior employees via LinkedIn and messaged them there, explaining I was going to the police, that they began to show any concern so far as I could see. 3. You’ll notice that in their reply below, they don’t say sorry to me. They claim that they apologised when the event happened. This is a lie. They have never said sorry or apologised. Please note that TrustPilot have reviewed the evidence for what I am saying here and marked it as “verified” - I.e. true. Is this a company you want to give your money to - a company whose employee defrauded me, who refused to give me an email address to report it to that hadn’t been compromised by the fraudster, and then threatened to sue me for warning other people about this situation? There are plenty of other places providing the same services. I strongly urge you to choose them instead.

I've had a really great experience with Weightmedics, to begin with I was super apprehensive about starting my weight loss journey but the team and Dr's really put me at ease. The support has been amazing! Highly recommend :)

My Daughter and I contacted Weightmedics last month as we were interested in starting the weight loss treatment phentermine. The initial phone call with the receptionist was helpful, he explained the process throughly and sent us all the details by email quickly. Within 2 days I had my zoom call with the DR, she was professional , very understanding and discussed my issues I have had with trying to loose weight. After I was approved I was able to pick up my medication the following day. Overall I have had a great experience with Weightmedics and I look forward to reaching my goal weight with the support of the clinic.
