I was very pleased from start to finish. The tub was installed with little interference at all. Very pleased. No delay on date promised. Very happy.

The process went very smoothly from the initial consultation to the finished product. The installers cleaned up every day before leaving. All my questions were answered. When I discovered I didn’t have an owners manual, I telephoned the company and one was provided via the mail. I am very pleased with the end result.

We really need like the quality and durability of the tub. Only wish it were deeper for more shoulder messaging.

Work ethic went above & beyond... started with 2 guys... one got hurt, could not come back to help. But, that did not stop the installs... just took longer than planned... good job!!

Never bought the tub but was very unhappy up until that point. Booking the appointment was a pain in the ass because they insist your husband is here. I Am The Breadwinner. This is my home in my name only and I pay the mortgage. He did not want to be here and they insisted before booking the appointment. The guy who came out to seem to have a little bit of an attitude and wanted to do major construction on my home which I did not want. The shower feature is not enclosed and they will want to get your walls wet. For the more the whole thing was $19,000. I'm getting better offers and nice to people and easier booking and other companies, please look around first

We have had our new shower less than 2 mos., and last night the pipe to the shower bust. It’s the weekend and we have no water. I need to know how I can get this problem taken care of ASAP!! Sincerely Barbara Davis Tallahassee,Fl 32303

Happy with how everything went. If I had to suggest something it would be the inclusion of a shower curtain designed for the tub.
