Only complaint is drain plug floats out of tub when the quick drain is activated. The tub is fantastic other than that. Sales, installation, and customer service has been excellent!

I really enjoy my bathtub however I think it was too impulsive simply because the sales representative was pushing impulsive and told me that I couldn’t get a discount if I did the application later and for that I feel like I made a bad decision in the investment of this bathtub As I felt as if I was pushed into the decision instead of giving me time to think rationally before I made this commitment $17,000 tub

Selling approach, demolition and installation was done very professionaly.

Our tub was everything we hoped, and more. We were surprised that we ended up having to replace our 40-gallon water heater with a more adequate 50-gallon water heater. That subject would have been handled better if it had been broached during the sales process. My only other gripe is that the bottom-most horizontal panel keeps flopping open, as the magnets don’t seem to be enough to keep it closed.

Still waiting for a person to help with a hand bar for the tube to be put in. It is a extra from what came with tub as I have a handicap and need another one put in to help me. That were very helpful in giving one free, was sent in the mail. Have called and ask about the service person left message and have not heard back. Other than that I am very happy with the tub so far.

Everything went great with the installation and usage, but had some issues with not everything being cleaned up, a chip on the top of the tub and one jet that’s not working correctly.

American Standard is reliable. I purchased my walk-in tub in 2018, and they have addressed any needed repairs promptly. So thankful to work with an ethical business that keeps their promises.

The people who installed the tub were very polite and they worked at a rapid speed to get things accomplished. I am quite short and they were able to cut off the bottom of the tub for me, which made it a lot safer for me to get in and out of the tub. The person who showed us the ideal of the tub was very enthusiastic and flight and encouraging as far as selling it the tablet he was quite good at it. I love the tub it is exactly what I needed and I appreciate this enthusiasm and selling us the walk-in tub.
