MY WIFE IS DISBALED. SALESPERSON TOLD US SHE COULD RELAX AND STREACH OUT. WHEN TUB ARIVED IN THE GARAGE AND ONTOP OF A PALLET SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO SIT IN THE TUB BEFORE INSTALL. THE INSTALLERS WORKED UNTIL ALMOST 11 PM. THE NEXT DAY WIFE TRYED TUB. SHE HAS TO STAND INSIDE THE TUB TO OPEN AND CLOSE DOOR. FOR HER AFTER MANY BACK SURGERYS THIS TUB IS UNCOMFORTABLE AND DID NOT MEAT OUR EXPECTATIONS. COMPANY IS NOT HELPFUL.

My walk-in tub was just what I needed. I can get in and out without someone helping me. I love the jets and bubbles. It does make me sleep all night long. Thanks

The 3 molding which were missing on the shelfing surrounding the walk in tube have been replaced , and the tube is operating perfectly as installed. We love the tube . We are happy that we have chosen American Standard Walk In Tube as the quality of the tube was what we were looking for when we decided to purchase a walk in tube. We both are elderly, and it has helped us with dealing with our acks and pains and we not able to get into our older tube. We love the feature on the tube by having the use of the opening and closing door so that we can get inside of the tube, and also the self clean feature which keeps the tube clean every time we use it.

Tub is working out well for us. Installation was done quickly & excellently.

Tub is great. The installers did s lousy job cleaning up. They also said I needed to sign paperwork saying things I either didn't know the answer to. I asked about registering the warranty and they said I had to do it but didn't know how.

Good product. Enjoying. If you want full tub all at once make sure you have large capacity water heater… but once jets go, water maintains temp. Company stands behind product and installation personnel. Personal professional and knowledgeable. Installer and electrical personnel efficient and neatly complete. Shelf might be better on back side, to avoid getting wet. We enjoy movable shower head extra safety bars..
