American Standard was a dream to work with. Rocky Self, sales representative, appeared on time and was well informed about the products, explained the options and signed me up. The installers were prompt, considerate and neat. The only glitch was that a shower rod was packed and my order was for shower doors. So that meant an extra day before the project could be completed. But completed it is and, in my opinion, just perfect for my needs. Thank you, American Standard.

We use the walk-in shower on a regular basis and we love it. We are glad we did this.

I wish I had shopped around more before I chose this brand. I think there are some serious design flaws which I have found as I have use the tub and compared with friends who have other brands. Number one the drain lever comes unscrewed and the cover and lever fall into the tub because of the vibration of the bubbles. Number two I think that the heater should actually heat the water more becauseI have a 40 gallon tub and a 50 gallon water heater but that’s still not enough to heat the water as much as I want it heated and fill it to the point that it is supposed to be filled. Number three the control panel is in the way of my arm when I try to relax in the tub I can put one arm up on one side but I have to adapt the placement on the other side and it is not comfortable. Number four, I can’t get low enough in the tub to be able to recline or immerse anything more than my belly button in the water and that is not very relaxing for a soak in the tub.

I just love my tub. Can’t wait to take my evening bath

Have the tub for less than 4 months and the door seal is loose and now have to wait who knows how long you would think they would have replacements in stock

The tub needs to be a little taller. I'm 6 foot 4 and the front latch keeps coming off. 😕

I have had problems with my feet and legs for over 20 years. This year I fell and fractured my right ankle. Went to a nursing home for rehab and fell again. Fractured my left ankle. Needless to say it was impossible to bathe myself . I was home from rehab and couldn’t even get in and out of my shower.. it was time to get a walk in tub. I am still doing therapy but I can get in and out by myself and once again enjoy a nice relaxing bath. The salesman was great not pushy. It was installed in two days and fits perfectly where the old tub was. The guys even cleaned up all the mess. I definitely recommend American Standard.
