Very happy with all features especially the quick drain feature.

Outstanding friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, very efficient. Cleaned up everything they messed up and then some.

The crew was very efficient and as unobtrusive as possible which was very impressive to me. Very small observation on my part. They did not make sure that the floor in the bathroom was without any leftover debris. Clean enough was not quite clean enough.

We are pleased with the walk in tub. The installers kept up updated on the installation process.

The 2 fellas were very friendly. I answered the questions. Out of my 3 cats, only 1 wanted to keep an eye on them. They explained on how it worked. I enjoy it. If we ever get a new home, defiantly will get our new shower/ tub from them.

Did a good job with installation. Did not adjust water jets properly and it took almost a month to get someone back to do it. Other than that I am really enjoying the tub.

I spoke with a representative regarding my new bidet after installation. When it was installed the seat rocks back as if it was not firmly attached. She was going to ask someone if this was normal and get back to me but she never did. The walk-in tub is working fine.
