If I could give it 4 3/4 rating, I would. The tub is great. Small problems have been rectified.

My quality of life has improved so much. I'm happier now since getting my tub installed. I look forward to bathing without all the pain I experienced with showering. Thank you for a quality product. I recommend this tub to all who can't shower or get down into a regular bathtub. This investment is a choice that I will never regret.

The whole experience from sales to follow up after installation were great. No high pressure sales, installation was done in one day with excellent clean up afterwards. Onlt issue was some cracking in the caulk around the tub. A worker came back within days and caulked it again. No further problems.

I love it . Use it every night to relax me. It's awesome.

The Installer did a great job of keeping it clean during installation, and the installing and toilet were excellent. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the man making sale said he would give me another $1000 toward a Bigger WaterHeater if after 5Day grace period I took the Walk-in BathTub but when dale was final he made like he never said that-so my word against his-so be it.

The needed to require a second hot water source. The water heater included with the tub doesn't do a good job. The commercial shows that it is able to sit in the tub with water to your . I am 5' 10" tall can and only get down to my middle back. The head rest is of no use!

VERY HAPPY WITH MY TUB, USE IT ALL THE TIME. HAVE CLEANED IT THOROUGHLY SINCE IT'S INSTALLATION WHICH NOT A YEAR YET. NO PROBLEMS EITHER. LOVE IT , AND I ALWAYS RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY.. FIVE STARS, YOU BET.
