Love the way the safety bars are positioned making getting in and out safe . This was installed for my wife. She now feels as if she is safe showering when I am away. The bench seat is slippery but we folded a towel and placed it on the seat. The installed were competent and did an excellent job

Guys that installed tub were friendly, very professional and informative. The bath turned out beautiful. I have MS and finally I don't have to worry about falling. Worth every penny I spent. I researced alot of fubs, They are build really nice and are a nice addition to my Bathroom.

The tub was purchased for my handicapped mother I thought it would be a safe tub but she fell trying to get out of it. I feel American standard should of tried to make it safe for getting in and out. American standard says they will come add some grab bars and help to make it safer now that she has fallen for more money. I’m gonna have her wear water shoes while bathing anyways I’m very nervous about using it again

I have learned to enjoy baths again! I have had a shower only in my small bathroom for 33 yrs, and, getting older, I decided to have a walk-in tub installed. I never really enjoyed taking baths before, but since it was installed, I look forward to my bath time. The installers were very professional, competent, and friendly. They kept me informed during the installation and took care of several problems that arose, completing the job in overtime. I am very satisfied with the tub and recommend American Standard to anyone thinking about a walk-in tunb

The crew that installed was good. The only thing is zack hasn’t come back to install the shower part on the rod on wall. It broke on installation. And I haven’t got my $1,000 referral for George Manuel. Other than that I love my tub Thank you
