Salesman did not review all walk-in options that might have been considered. I probably would have selected the one I did, but when working with the installer, there were other sizes that may have fit in my space, but I never had the opportunity to consider them. Also, better communications between the sales person and installers would have better prepared the installers.

Easy to use, as long as you make certain to lock door while inside tub. Can wash and rinse hair easily. Love the after bath effect. Makes you feel clean and refreshed while muscles stimulated.

Like the jets. But bottom of walk in area is slippery. Walk in area is also very small.

The tub delivers on everything promised. I have a window over the tub and was told how they would install the tub and not disturb the window. This idea was suitable but not perfect. When the installers arrived I asked them their thoughts and they came up with a better suggestion and now my tub looks beautiful and is a real statement in the master bath. Great Company from product to installation.

The installers were fast and cleaned up when finished. I love the shower.

It has been wonderful for my wife. She as had two back surgeries and her mobility has improved markedly. If she is hurting a 30 minute dose of the bubbles is excellent. The first tub they brought had sustained some damage prior to arriving but they immediately called their headquarters and ordered a replacement. The crew who came in went straight to work and were courteous and very professional. They checked everything including the electrical wiring. They were also very accommodating when it came to showing us the features.

Works great... Found that my hot water heater (a 40 Gallon one) wasn't enough the first time I used our new tub... But I went to the heater & turned it up to 3/4 hot & now I have plenty of hot water to fill our new tub... Might work for someone else too.. Denny

I love my tub!!! The installers were excellent. They had to put tub in by cutting the sheetrock in my bedroom because it wouldn't go through the door. They were very neat and professional the entire 2 days they were here.

Due to a sales rep not available in our area because of a family illness, I was contacted by Mr. Joe Cross, who just happens to be the National Sales Director for American Standard Walk-In Tubs. WOW! He set it up so we could have a VIRTUAL presentation, laptop to laptop. It was the FIRST one they had ever done. Our neighbors have a Liberation walk-in tub. They Love it and recommended it to us.Mr. Cross did an excellent job with the first ever virtual presentation and we went ahead and purchased the Liberation tub at a great price and "signed" the papers via Acusign on my laptop. Mr. Cross set up the install and removal of our old tub and it was done several weeks earlier than expected too. The Liberation Tub is spectacular! It has lots of jets and air "bubblers", 44 or 46 total. Colored lights, Powered Drain, empties in 2 minutes!! You can even massage and do just your aching feet. The Best sealed door.And we got a free taller bidet toilet too. This is THE BEST WALK-IN TUB PERIOD!!!
