I just wish the threshold was a little lower, I’m 5 feet tall and it seems getting out of the tub is a. little hard. I do love the tub and I’m happy with the purchase.

love my tub as well as the bidet. The only complaint I have towards the installers, is that in hooking up to the electric, they took part of the electric for one of my wells.

I helped set up the installation of my parents walk-in tub. From the get go this vendor was the best. Where other companies told my parents they were too far away (they live in the middle of nowhere in Michigan's upper peninsula) or not worth the effort, AS treated my parents with respect and got the job done. My parents were very appreciated of every step in this installation.

We signed for a Liberation Tub on 10/6. Paid a few thousand dollars deposit on a $14G tub. We were told it'd be 5 weeks to installation. It's been 2 months. We get a call from a pleasant girl every week to tell us that the permits have not been approved yet. We contacted City of Clearwater and they don't have any record of American Standard requesting a permit for our tub. We're thinking about hiring a lawyer to pull out. We're also about to light up the internet with poor reviews. That's where we're at. We're at eight weeks and no sign of a tub or knock at the door.

I like this tub except that it takes a LOT of water to fill, and I run out of hot water before getting to the point where it fills the jets and covers the body. It does drain very quickly.

I love this tub. It's made a great difference in the circulation in my legs. My pain level is down and I'm sleeping better at night. The investment was well worth it
