The tub is great.

My wife and I purchased a walk in bath tub from American Standard Company in Sept. 2018. We met with one of the company reps in our home. We were looking for a walk in bath due to my complications with arthritis and sciatica. We researched several tubs and the sales pitch by the representative was very informative. The representative was very knowledgable of the products and competition. I would say that the closing offers of discounts and having to contact the office to approve such was reminiscent of a car sales pitch which bothered me. The demolition and installation was very well done and the installers final instructions and show of operation and upkeep were very helpful. The bath works as promised and I do not have any complaints at this time. I have been utilizing the bath and am very pleased with the product. The only way I feel American Standard could have done better would be a personalized fitting. I would and have recommended this company's product to several friends.

These people all worked so very hard to please me .I love the product . They used the upmost best skills to keep my home cleaned during the installation . I was very impressed ~ Thank you for a job well done !

We had a few installment problems when first installed. They have been corrected. All is looking good. Only problem we had was getting booklet to go with it. It is now on its way by FedEx. The only future problem will be it takes a lot of water to do the bath part. My wife is enjoying the safe tub. The lifetime warranty is real plus since the tub was expensive.

in our fast pace world, anytime a company can give you a start date and a completion date and complete the required work flawless. i would recommend that company to all my friends.

Salesman did a poor estimate of work involved,thus the installer had more work than expected, which resulted in additional money we had to pay for the work done. Installer was mostly efficient , but was rushed to complete project before he had to leave for next appt...this resulted in a few minor (but noticeable) mistakes that we have to live with.

I was told I was getting white but they delivered linen not white. So I give a 2 because the installation went well and it has not leaked. The front on the unit doesn't match the one advertised on TV the one on TV has more room to enter and exit and less of a step into the tub. So I would have preferred that style more. The water does not get warm enough but I think that is a law that prevents that. The seat is slippery we called to see if we could get a few strips none slip but was told NO. Not a happy person here for $13K they could have done better

The tub is beautiful. The work crew was great. There was one minor issue with an accessory and the company promptly fixed it.

Love, love, love! The tub. It has significantly improved my bath time safety, mobility and dignity as well since I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. I have always been a "in the tub relaxing" kinda girl. When it got difficult for me to get in and out of tub without help, I turned to taking showers until I had history of falling from shower and suffering from broken bones. This tub has been a life saver! Thank you.
