Ordered 20 boxes. Delivered only 17 and despite many emails to dpd and Flextimb I have received no response from either other than to inform me goods are in dpd warehouse in Google. Still have received no refund or acknowledgement of situation or suggestion to rectify problem. Both concerns obviously have no desire to solve my problem.

Lovely sized logs which produce brilliant heat. Fantastic, rapid delivery service and customer service, whenever needed by Flextimb was Top Class.

Ordered 4 boxes as we usually do. They sent two one day and one the day after. We’re still waiting for the 4th box after nearly two weeks of ordering. I know they’re closing their doors in December, but this isn’t good enough.
