Ordered the product January 16, never received tracking information, which was odd, now the -support at preparedhero email -address is listed as no longer valid, and the phone call just ends as they list high call volumes. Now what company?

So far, no response from company on status of my order. Now I see from other reviews that they are taking orders and money without any product to sell, which I believe is illegal. I can understand that things can happen to delay shipment, but to completely ignore customers whose money you have taken is bad business practice. Edit (Feb 18 ) )Ok, I finally did receive an answer and a time of delivery. Once I receive the shipment I’ll edit this review again.

I ordered 2 but somehow it became 2 orders and was being charged for a third that I did not order. I asked to cancel the third and they did so without a hassle. Very professional and polite.

I ordered the two fire blankets over a month ago, you charged my credit card but I have received absolutely nothing!! Until I receive my order I can not give you a good review.

This is an excellent company to due business with and they have a necessary product that you hope you never need. We have purchased 12 so far and have given them to our kids and grandkids living on there own.

I had seen these fire blankets advertised a number of times and felt they were an important tool to have at home. I bought one for myself and three for my children. The one complaint I have is that the metal grommets are missing on two of the four items. Quality checks are needed prior to shipping. I’m concerned that the bag will tear and they won’t be as accessible as if they are hanging on the side of the fridge.

I haven't used the blanket yet but it is in my kitchen. I hope I never have to use it. It is great idea. So much better than a fire extinguisher.

My order came as described, a d I feel better using my daughter's gas stove with this here. I hope I never have to use it, but am prepared if I do.
