I’m so thankful to have the fire blanket in my kitchen. I pray that I never have to use it but, I have it if the need arises.

Not a product review, but a customer service review. I haven’t received the product yet, after a two week delay, I notified customer service via email that I had not received the order. This was a carrier issue, not accompany issue. I received responses promptly on a Saturday and a Sunday, the final one notifying me that they would re-ship the product. Excellent customer service!

The fire blankets arrived in good time & I was kept updated of their tracking & when they would be delivered. There was some confusion over the courier service & the company tried to help as best they could & my parcel arrived safe & sound & well packaged.

This is a great company! I asked a question on dimensions of fire blanket and it was answered right away and the blanket was delivered so fast it was amazing!

I requested size information for the standard blanket. I got an immediate reply with all the information and links. I was happy to find out the regular size is 3.3’ x 3.3’ which I feel is certainly large enough for any stove top fire and most in home fires. I bought a 4 pack regular for the house and one XL 3.9’ x 5.9’ for my car.
