The company did a professional follow up regarding my order. For some reasons, I did not received my package on time. I wrote them about it and they immediately made sure that I promptly received it. I did appreciate the way they handled that. Good job, Prepared Hero! Thanks again!

We ordered 8 pack and are giving to our kids and grandkids for early Christmas gifts!! Everyone is excited about having them. We couldn’t take a chance on needing them before Christmas so we gave them early.

It was very simple to order and even though i duplicated my order it was quickly corrected

One of my blankets was closed in the packaging flap and was really sticky. My blanket was replaced, no questions asked. Also, the product is of really good quality.
