The bathroom door was jammed, we called the emergency number and some guy picked up bu he wasn't much help. we later called the next day and Emma Lothe picked up and she told us to log the issue in as quickly as possible so that someone would be available to fix it as soon as possible. it was fixed sooner than i expected.
