I'm from Hong Kong and purchased a flat from Severn Capital and also a furniture pack, I am really grateful for the quality of the service, Ms. Katie Goad was very helpful with the furniture selection and blinds.

The recent stormy weather caused a problem with my new flat which thankfully is still under the Seven Capital warranty. I was hugely impressed with how quickly Seven Capital were on the case, Emma Loth was brilliant, swiftly organising a contractor to assess the problem and personally visiting herself. The repair work was completed rapidly and the problem resolved. Throughout the process Emma’s communication was excellent so I always knew what to expect. Great work!

Disgraceful company that put profit over anything else. They partake in the awful and hopefully soon to be illegal practice of selling properties with terrible lease clauses that make their properties in some cases un-mortgageable. Seven Capital sold me a property with doubling ground rent and a ground rent that already makes it hard to mortgage because it's above £250, making it an AST. I now have to spend up £10,000 in cash to extend the lease and I've only owned the property for 3 years. My solicitor is also potentially at fault for not adequately warning me of the dangers but the practice is deliberate and is a money making scheme by the developer.
