Excellent service

Just purchased a new property from SevenCapital. The whole process was made really easy, Hannah Delaney especially was very helpful in taking me through the process, as I’m a first time buyer. Waiting for completion now, but have had multiple updates from Katie Goad, who has been fantastic in keeping me up to date and helping me with the furnishing process, giving her recommendations has been a brilliant help, and always quick to reply to emails. There has been excellent customer service through out, and as a first time buyer, I couldn’t recommend them more. Special thanks to Katie and Hannah, who have both gone above and beyond to help.

To be perfectly honest, my experience with the Seven Capital customer service team was somewhat disappointing to begin with. The conversations were very fragmented with multiple sources of contact and few of them being able to answer my questions or help me with issues I may have in a timely manner. However, this disappointment soon disappeared. Alastair Moore, a Customer Service Coordinator, reached out to me and became my official point of contact. Alastair is a consummate professional who provides exceptional service. Not only is he courteous and well-mannered, he is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help clients like me clarify any queries or concerns we may be having. He always responds in a timely manner and follows up on issues vigilantly. He also acts as the middle man when it comes to communication with other parties or companies, delivering messages clearly. Having Alastair as my Customer Service Coordinator has helped me out a lot during this process. For those of you purchasing a property with Seven Capital, I would strongly recommend you request Alastair as your Customer Service Coordinator.

I recently moved in to Churchill Place and had an issue with the shower. I reported it and they gave me a time frame. When I had emphasised why it was urgent, it was immediately treated as such and resolved promptly. Tania was dealing with the matter and handled it really well

I recently moved into a Seven Capital…

I recently moved into a Seven Capital development. When I moved in there was an issue with the toilet. I reported this straight away to Seven Capital and I cannot fault the service. They sent someone the same day and by the time I came home from the work the issue was fixed. Emma in particular was very helpful in coordinating the repair and in making sure access to the property could be gained.

Graven Hill customer

I bought a SevenCapital, off plan, 1 bed apartment in their Graven Hill project in Bicester last year. I can not fault their customer service department to date, from their solictors to mortgage providers their have been no hiccups so far. They also keep me updated with the progress through quaterley emails which include site photos, construction updates and I have also been asigned a case manager (James Garner) who has been nothing but helpful. I have seen the build and fitting quality of this developer through their New Eaton House development in Slough and if Graven Hill is half of this I will be an extremely happy customer. Can't wait for handover later this year, will certainly be buying form them again and have been more than happy to refer my family and friends to them.

Good experience on buying Birmingham property!

Most of my friends who have overseas properties shared with me that it is never be an easy thing to handle! However , my experience on purchase of Birmingham Property from the Seven Capital is different! Though the project has delayed in completion, their Customer Care Co-ordinator, Mr. Alastair Moore has really demonstrated his passion to help, he follow thru a lot of things that I need to take note, making my process at completion stage much easier to handle! Such handholding process I even couldn't find in my local country! I would highly recommend to my friend on Seven Capital as a choice developer when investing in UK! Thank you Alastair!
