I recently moved to my flat in Tenby House and noted that some screw caps were missing in the towel heater and a slight dent on the bedside table. Panel Heater replacement at Kettleworks I reported the issue with my panel heater via Seven Capital's Fixflo system and their aftersales team got in touch with me in due course. Emma Loth assisted with the issue throughout the process. She was always very helpful and kind, and made the necessary arrangements with no delay.
