I had a nice experience with the droneservice. I was really nervous when my drone had some issues. I spoke with the support, and they told me to send it for a repair. I was pretty sad that i had payed for such a fine product, and then it was already broken. But it wasn't my mistake and DJI payed for it all. It took roughly a week, and the drone had to be transported all way to Netherlands and back (Denmark). To my supprise they've switched the whole drone out, and as a bonus i got a new gimbal cover, since i had lost my other one. I will be more than happy to buy a new DJI product in the future, with this great service. Thankyou DJI!

Customer service was great
Customer service was great! My gimbal motor had locked up after about a 30 foot fall. They did a great job fixing the problem and drone worked great once received. I wish DJIDrone would have looked at the overall health of the drone though. I had a leg that was bent and wouldn't have mind to paid the additional cost to have that fixed. The Drone was shipped back without the gimbal clamp or cover, which concerned me because of possible damage during shipment. I called and they shipped me both no problem and they arrived quickly. Overall, I would use DJI Drone Service again because I was impressed with the customer service and pleased the problem was fixed.

I must recant my previous review. After giving time to process, DJI Drone Service has restored my faith in them and has agreed to send my missing parts back to me with an upgrade of Gimbal globe and filter. I want to thank you giys at DJI Drone Services for the follow up and going above what was asked for to make this right. I will definately be recommending your services and apologize for the hasty review I posted before giving yall time to review my issues. Thank you

Real quick to take your money
Real quick to take your money! VERY slow on returning drone and when they do, It's missing key components like control plug so you can't connect controller to phone. it was on controller when I sent it in. Also missing gambrel cover which was also attached when sent in. Customer service sucks!!! the 800 number they display keeps you on hold till it hangs up on you. I WANT ALL MY PARTS BACK. CONTROLLER IS USELESS TO ME WITHOUT MY "C" PLUG ADAPTER!!!!!

Service was fast but after receiving my drone I now have another warning that I can't get rid of
Service was fast! I sent my mavic Pro to get a gimbal overload error fixed. Once I received my mavic Pro I was ready to do a test flight and got a vision sensor calibration error. I never had any error like that before. I then calibrated my vision sensor and it was calibrated successfully. Now I'm still getting the warning even though my vision sensor was calibrated successfully. I thought DJI service did a test flight before they sent it back to the customer. I tried to calibrate my vision sensors again and I'm still getting the vision sensor warning not sure what to do.

I called them in the beginning and they sent me a link to get started. That same day I had a shipping label provided by them and had it sent out that day. Two days later they called me and told me the issue of my product, and gave me a more than fair price for the part and labor. They are now sending it back, flight ready, for free. Absolutely incredible service. Thank you!
