The two people I have worked with via email have been fantastic getting what I need to repair my own drone. From something as big as an arm, to something as small as a single screw, they've gotten what I need. They have earned my business so long as I have DJI products.

Two weeks ago I bought about $2,400 worth of DJI M2P with Smart Controller, Refresh Care, Fly More, etc. the owner was extremely helpful despite being busy with setting up his online store. We communicated via text, email and a phone conversation. He cared about my needs, didn’t try to upsell me or anything else that sellers could do to irritate customers. Very positive experience.

Once my Drone was received and the password was exchanged I thought that the response time of my repair was incredible. I was so glad to get it back, at what I thought was a reasonable price.

The Price to fix is outrageous. Better off buying a used one online.
