Quoted double the price for gimbal fix, requested my drone be sent back. Was yelled at and offered $25 off the quoted price. Wont use this service again.

Fast repair drone flies great, I had them repair a DJI Mavic Pro Platinum with a lot of problems. I will be having my drones fixed here for now on.

After trying to figure out what the problem with my drone was for so long, I came up empty but as soon as I sent it in, DJI Drone Service called and said they knew exactly what the problem was and now it works like it’s new again.

These guys are great! They called and emailed to explain what was wrong and needed to be fixed. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Definitely recommend and will use them again if I have another mishap.

Obviously not fixed from the moment I got it out of the package. I got a call about 5 days after I shipped it from a guy that kept saying can he charge me $120, but wasn't clear about what it was. I got the drone back about 8 days later in a box that was crushed by something and there was a little piece of bubble wrap to protect my drone. You'd think they would invest a few extra cents to protect the very thing they claim to have fixed. I sent my mavic in mainly to have the gimbal cord replaced. Nothing was even attempted, it looks the same as when I sent it in. Still unable to fly 1 month later and $120 down the drain. Would not recommend Djidroneservice ever!

They’ve lost my drone After weeks of me response to my inquires their site indicated my repaired Spark had shipped. I received someone’s repaired Mavic and a controller. A guy by the name of Peter finally returned my call and asked me to ship the Mavic FedEx to the owner in Boston that same afternoon. He indicated he would credit my cc for shipping charges. I agreed provided they would ship my Spark as promptly. It’s been three weeks. I still waiting for $101.00 shipping credit and my new Spark drone that I’ve paid $135.00 for the repair. This service is a joke, don’t risk using them.
