Customer service was unable to provide a sufficient request. Customer asked for a change in prescription prior to the refill and the same prescription was sent. Company wasn’t able to address the issue.

Billing practice concerns
I am new and use 3 products from hims. Initially everything was seamless. I think that there was an app update. Now my payment experience has become problematic. I use Apple Pay. With a small purchase from hims I can pay with my checking account but with a large purchase I can use my credit card. That is the flexibility that Apple Pay affords you. But the hims system is all about capturing a credit card number. I tried shopping for meal supplements and moisturizer. But, the app no longer prompts me for a payment method. It just tries to charge everything to my credit card number on file. Luckily with Apple Pay the way I paid previously, it won’t let them charge whenever they want (even mistakenly). Problem is, I didn’t notice the app update/payment process change right away. I made repeated failed purchase attempts thinking it was something on my end that I was doing. Since then, for almost 2 weeks - I am blown up by hims with 5 texts and emails daily about updating my payment information, that they have an order ready but cannot ship. They would have filled every duplicate order attempt that failed and tried to multiple times. I contacted hims customer service repeatedly. Although they seemed helpful, it took many additional customer service emails for the contacts to finally slow down from hims. I had to block them from texting me to get that to stop and I still got email today (almost 2 weeks and 4or5 customer service emails later.) I am shocked at the automated persistent attempts to fill duplicate orders despite my repeated attempts to cancel the duplicate orders and communicate my concern. When I asked if I could place an order via telephone I was told that it must be done through the app. It seems that with every purchase, you are consenting to automatic renewal (until you cancel). I was not pleased with this experience and I am considering other sources when my prescriptions renew if this happens again.
Overall good products
Overall good products. Communication is very beneficial from doctors, etc. The ED med is great and I am very satisfied. Weight loss meds have been mixed as far as working. Had to make decision to scale back on dosage so managing that better now.
