am extremely disappointed in your service and lack of communication with patients. After I submitted my request to Hims online for review, a prescription was placed, my credit card charged , but there was no communication with the "care" team about the recommended drug prescribed. If I had known before you charged my credit card and shipped product, that you were prescribing me an antidepressant, I would have rejected that recommendation. To top it off , I find out after you shipped product that you have NO RETURN POLICIES.

Delay Refills?

Everything has been east with the one exception of pushing a refill out a month or more. I still haven’t figured out how to delay refills.

Refused refunds

Noticed a charge to my bank which was for a subscription I'd forgotten I had. They didn't send any reminder. I tried to cancel immediately but they make you contact via email, which they took 2 days to respond to, by which point the medicine had been dispatched. They claim they can't give a refund as it's prescription medication. No reminder and a service that's difficult to cancel, avoid! Update: they respond to all negative reviews with an automated message which makes it look like they're reaching out to resolve issues, but they have not reached out
