Very efficient

I had a problem with drawers required to replace the ones I had broken in the freezer - my fault overfilled the drawers. James went out of his way to sort out replacements and delivery which made the process easy for me. Would definitely recommend them.

Teknix dishwasher TFD616W Classic schoolboy error. I didn't fully read the instructions. Thank you Teknix, for your swift reply to my original review below and sorting the issue. We've had this dishwasher for 2 months and have just realised why the cleaning ability is poor. Standard size dinner plates are too big and stop the spray bar from rotating resulting in very poor cleaning.

Absolutely lovely fridge freezer.very sturdy and well made . Definitely worth the money. Delivery man was great and earlier than expected

I spent ages on line trying to find the correct spare parts for our fridge freezer with no success. Then I found the link to customer services & messaged them with the spare parts I required. James emailed me back with details of exactly what I wanted and options for posting or collecting. We collected the parts the same day and James could not have been more helpful.
