I went into vac shack pudsey on the Friday and the fridge/freezer was delivered and fit on the Tuesday.

Immaculate washing machine which works extremely well. Superb service, quick to deliver and easy to talk to. Will be using again.

Not able to register extended warranty on line or by phone even though it states you can? Can someone call me to extend warranty to 5 years for fridge freezer installed in February 2024 please?

Again we were promised we could extend our warranty to 5 years and again the website would not give the option. Rather than the call centre employee telling me this time to try the website, she tried to tell me it was nothing to do with them and to call the retailer. I challenge d and she backed down. Still no extended warranty

Fridge freezer was immaculate when taken out of packaging. Installation was easy with no snags. It is quiet in use. Internal shelves are good, but bottom door bottle holder is too short in height to accept a standard plastic milk bottle. We have bought alternatives that will fit and empty the plastic bottle into them to enable the shelf to be used.
