Literally has the world lost it! The most pathetic excuse of a company I’ve seen in a long time. I have the ‘washing machine’ firstly, what were you on when the manual was written! I am literally lost for words.. How to not discriminate.. while you write this embarrassment of a blatant discrimination. I am embarrassed for you! Next who actually knows anything washing machines?? One look and it’s perfectly obvious you don’t leave a massive gap at the front so it’s not balanced and fills up with dirty water and your clothes are never going to be clean because there all in the massive dirty gap! Seriously where is the common sense?? You should be band from putting Lego together! Don’t go anywhere near this company! Cheap products with a cheaper team! P.s check the up address of the 5* reviews because they have to be fake… I’ve definitely tried and your words after are just showing the truth lack of integrity I was talking about. Instead of trying to get out of something people would be more interested if just one company admitted fault! It’s an embarrassment to the old timers who started most of the business that are now being politically kicked to the curb. Self respect, decency or morals are a thing of the past but a shred of holding one’s hands up when in the wrong is all one company needs (and means it) to outshine the competition. There’s to much of this where just going to deny and ignore it because you won’t get a repeat customer or anyone recommending you. It’s time to stop paying the politicians and start throwing the scripts in the bin!

I bought the 8kg washer earlier this year and it has been great so far, mostly using the eco wash and 15minute wash. It's A rated so will save me a lot of money as it goes on

I would love to know where all these 5* reviews are from.My fridge/freezer I bought,the fridge isn’t coming down to temperature it’s between 7-10c I spent 2 half hour calls to them answering lot’s of silly questions.They then said I was to email them a reading off the top shelf,even though the whole fridge should show 3c not just the top shelf.Anyway I did everything they asked and they didn’t even reply to the email.So I rung them again and they admitted getting the email then said I could be charged if someone comes out and there’s nothing wrong with it.I said but there clearly is as Iv had it 6 months and have the cold setting on maximum and this should be covered on the warranty to which I have emailed them.So basically they don’t warrant the warranty.Do not waste your money with this cheap rubbish I’m now stuck with a fridge for years that doesn’t come down to temperature and I can’t afford to buy another.They will give you zero support and threaten you with charges that should be covered with the warranty.Iv never come across such arrogance and cheap appliances in all my life.

Ordered tall freezer online at fair price, delivered on the day booked without any issues, took away our old freezer for a reasonable fee of £20 = all good. Rang the given number on the paperwork to establish what the charge was to extend the given 2 year warranty to 5 years, something we would tend to do, for peace of mind, only to be told that it was not available and shouldn’t be on pamphlet? UPDATE - following the above review I received a call from the warranty service team explaining that a system for extending the warranty was in hand and I was able to extend the warranty as I had intended. Therefore I have had no hesitation in reviewing my initial assessment up to a deserved 5*
