You promise the ability to extend the warranty to 5 years but the website won't do so and the operator on the phone can't do it either.

Hi just registered my new fridge freezer but when it came to register for extended warranty you can't do it so I called teknix to register for extended warranty the guy who I spoke to told me you can register on line for the extended warranty but we don't have it up and running yet,WHAT! So how the he'll do I register it then my booklet say I can ring up and register but he said no you must do it on line,and how do I do that when it's not up and running thick as pig sxxx
