So I’m not sure about others experiences with ordering from Hismith but I found their support very well. They where upfront and honest about being based in China, about risks to shipping due to the pandemic but believed there wouldn’t be delays and confirmed everything was in stock for me. Especially Jess but Edwin as well where helpful. I much preferred ordering from Hismith directly rather then through Amazon. I definitely recommend it. ....as for my purchase, it was definitely worth the investment. Take that as you will.

After receiving my order We put it through its paces and found a weak link in the system. The company gratefully sent us out a replacement part at no cost to me. Great customer service!

I recieved my package today and one of the items I ordered was not the correct one I needed! I notified them through email regarding the issue. I did not expect such wonderful customer service in response! I am BIG on customer care and this company surpassed that for sure. I was sent out a replacement part immediately and the representative was overly helpful.

Sometimes you don't want something you order and you hope to God that the company will take it back, and they did. I did retract my order within 15 minutes, so keep that mind. But totally understanding!
