Wonderful concept, terrible execution

I love the concept and the positive body inclusivity the company promotes. However the sizing was bad, I’m a size 14 so went for L and the size was all over the place, sometimes they fit and others they were much too tight. The quality was so poor, after a couple of washes all of the elastic was sticking out and I’ve had to throw them in the bin. Avoid!!

Awful quality

Awful quality, awful sizing, terrible styles nothing like advertised. Don’t waste your money, ridiculously slow delivery to the UK as well!

Not worth the effort

Really easy to sign up, but so difficult to cancel. 4 emails in and still not cancelled, so very frustrating. Poor customer service.

Terrible sizing disparity and descriptions

The smalls were TINY and constricted my hips and butt, like it wouldn't actually contain my cheeks.. but the medium is way too big. The mediums all LITERALLY sag off of my butt, but fit perfectly on my hips. The difference between the two sizes is astounding. This size is not going to fit you unless you have (proportionally) either really long hips or a big butt. This wouldn't be an issue though if their sizing chart were remotely accurate, cause at least people would have the option of finding that out before ordering. Stuck with it for 3-4 months before finally just cancelling.

Terrible excuse of a company

Terrible. I see alot of others are dealing with my same issue. My package was "lost in transit" , which, okay it happens. But I am moving. So I asked for my address to be updated. 12 days later I get an email stating they cannot as they have already processed my package re shipment and cannot change. I contacted them on Facebook where they say the social media and customer service are completely separate. I still haven't received a package, a refund or assistance from Knotty Knickers. Terrible excuse for a company - don't let them take your money !!

I’m surprised to see so many bad…

I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews on here. I’ve had subscription for about 4 months. It’s so exciting to see what I get every month!! I’ve been impressed with the quality, every pair I’ve received have been super cute and the sizing is consistent... which for a bigger curvy women is a pretty big deal!

Inconsistent quality

I have had the subscription for about a year, recieving a package bi monthly. It takes WEEKS to get your order after they charge your card. Sizing and quality are inconsistent. Sometimes quality is good, sometimes not. Sometimes sizing is accurate, sometimes not. I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times and it always freezes when trying to cancel so I finally emailed customer support. I got a poorly written email back saying sorry you will have to cancel from the website and questions about why I want to cancel. Buy your underwear from a store. It may be more expensive but less hassle will be worth it. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Awful customer experience.

My subscription started off really well. However after around 6 months of having them monthly I didn't receive my monthly parcel. Not a problem, there things happen, right? I've emailed numerous of times, I've spoke to them on facebook and instagram messenger and now they are point blank ignoring me and have even blocked me from commenting on their posts after deleting my comments even though I was not once rude to them. I've cancelled my subcription and will be finding someone else to sunscribe with. I will also now need to go through my bank for a refund. Awful company, obviously only care about their money and not about their customers.

Low quality

Low quality, most of them I am not going to wear because they are not comfy. They tell us we can write them to ask for a specific one, but they never answer (I wrote twice). Go buy panties in real store, they might be more expensive but you are really going to wear them.
